    消小腹~排毒按摩DIY!

    經過一個冬天,歷經聖誕節、新年、農曆年與春酒,是不是吃了太多而造成小腹突出、腰圍變粗呢?

     

    其 實身材不是很胖卻小腹突出的人,多半是因為體內的老廢物質無法順利排出所造成,具體表現出的徵狀就是便秘;而這類體質還有一個特徵,就是手腳冰冷,這則是 因為新陳代謝不佳所造成的結果。隨著年齡的增長,代謝會越來越差,再加上冬天容易囤積脂肪,暴飲暴食之後,老廢物質無法排出,很容易就會有小腹突出,腰圍 囤積肥肉的現象產生!

     

    Charlene之前介紹過小腹婆Bye Bye的簡單運動之後,再分享四個簡單的腹部按摩動作,這是日本排毒按摩大師高橋美嘉老師所推薦的按摩手法,其能夠刺激內臟的活性化,幫助腸子蠕動,讓囤積在腹部的老廢物質順利排出。

     

    手法一: 在腹部進行順時針畫圓按摩

    1.      先取適量的身體乳於手心,用掌心的溫度溫熱乳液後,從腹部開始往腰部塗抹。

    2.      利用雙手的食指、中指與無名指的指腹,以肚臍為中心,以順時針方向畫圓。重複10次。

    3.      做完之後會覺得腹部有舒緩的感覺。如果沒啥感覺可加重力道!

     

    手法二: 雙手握拳推揉,加速老廢物質排出

    雙手握拳置於肚臍兩側,然後用力向恥骨方向推壓。重複10!

     

     

    手法三: 按摩側腹部,刺激腸子蠕動

    雙手叉腰(大拇指在後、其他四指在前),用10指的指腹以捏揉的方式按摩側腹部! 以相同的韻律按摩20次,能夠有效刺激腸子的蠕動與活性,幫助排便!

     

    手法四: 按摩腰部,雕塑腰際S曲線

    雙手叉腰(大拇指在後、其他四指在前),大拇指從腰際慢慢向前移動(記得要用力),然後用大拇指與其他四指的指腹將側腹的肉捏起。也就是用大拇指的指腹,塑造出腰際葫蘆曲線的感覺! 重複10! 

     

    別小看這四個簡單的動作,真的非常有效! 反應快的人按完馬上就會有想要上廁所的感覺,即效性非常高! 腸胃比較頑強的人,堅持幾天也都能感受到效果! 效果最好的是洗完澡體溫升高的時候進行,能夠達到事半功倍的效果! 而久座辦公室的人,也可以在座位上進行這套按摩動作,能夠有效刺激缺乏運動的內臟器官!

     

    腹部是最容易囤積脂肪的地方,但是只要有毅力持續這套按摩動作,再搭配Charlene之前分享的腹部運動,很快的就能夠看到效果了!
